PATTERN EXPERT has developed a series of products which are based on intelligent image recognition methods. Some examples
are: the software
flexcat® SENSDOC® for character recognition (OCR), classification of damages to sheet metal surfaces, or the
assessment of color differences.
One part of our technology framework Pattern Expert is the
Image Processing Engine (IPE). The IPE allows for a quick and comparatively cost-effective development of
new products. A consistent modularisation of the IPE ensures that the individual modules are easily reusable. New applications
can be configured by combining the appropriate IPE modules. We are continuously working on enhancements of the individual
modules, which ensures continuous improvement of all our products.
The IPE can be applied for solving a great variety of image recognition tasks. PATTERN EXPERT's products prove to be easy to
