Software Solution for Recognition, Analysis and Classification of
Spatially Resolved Spectra
The software airspect SRS (airspect for Spatially Resolved Spectroscopy) combines
methods of image analysis and
spectroscopy.
This makes it possible to use parallel the information contained in the additional spectra in diagnostic imaging
procedures. This is applicable for example in the examination of tissue samples or in the material sciences.
The program operates on the basis of powerful algorithms of neuro-informatics and pattern recognition, which are included at the
technology platform PATTERN EXPERT. Even without prior knowledge of signal
processing or neuro-informatics, airspect SRS is quick and simple to use.
Spectroscopic Diagnostic Solution
The diagnostic software airspect SRS provides a diagnosis which directly links chemical or biochemical information with geometric traits during the
diagnosis. With this product the user can autonomous create and train so called knowledge bases. The knowledge bases are based on
adaptive algorithms of pattern recognitions, which were developed specifically for the 2-dimensional spatially resolved spectroscopy.
The user can independently arrange the individual spectra of its database to assign certain classes that need to be known for these
spectra.
